Hello families, please see the following memo for details regarding the restructuring of The Mount's Resident Council.

We encourage you to attend the scheduled Forum meetings for the household that your loved one resides in. We encourage you to attend the scheduled Forum meetings for the household that your loved one resides in. Dates for each month are yet to be determined.
These gatherings are an excellent opportunity to develop face-to-face relationships with fellow family members and the care supervisors of your loved one's household, stay in the loop of any upcoming changes at The Mount, voice your concerns and ideas, and be an active participant in developing solutions and new initiatives.
We hope to offer a virtual attendance option (over Zoom) for future Forum meetings, but for the time being they will be in-person as we iron out this new format. Minutes from each meeting will be made available for anyone who wishes to view them.
