We offer continuing care accommodations for independent living, community care, nursing care, and respite care. Our central Charlottetown location has a walking trail, gazebo, outdoor church, and overlooks the beautiful horse fields.

All of our nursing and community care rooms offer:

• 24 hour specialized care staff and emergency call bell system
  
• Registered Nurse on site 24 hours a day
  
• Beautifully furnished rooms
• Medication management
• Private bathrooms

• Kitchens in each neighborhood
  
• Three daily meals and snacks
• Daily activities and events
• Housekeeping and personal laundry service

Community Care

Private, furnished, en-suite accommodations designed to meet the individual needs of those requiring some assistance with the activities of daily living but do not require the skilled medical care that is offered in a nursing home environment. Assistance and support is provided by our professionally trained staff.

Precious Blood 1-Bedroom Suite (bedroom + sitting room + private ensuite bathroom)	$207/day $6417/31-day month

The Mount Couple (bedroom with sitting area + private ensuite bathroom)	$300/day $9300/31-day month
Note: Level 4's waiting in Community Care will be charged $40.00 per day for the extra care required.

Community Care Wait List Application

Community Care Respite Care

When available, we offer respite care and short term stays in our Community Care rooms. These stays start at 1 week and can be for weeks or months. Anyone wishing to come for respite stay must be at the Community Care level of care. Nursing care level of care cannot be accepted for respite stays. Rates start at $195 per day. Nursing Care

Private and shared accommodations designed for nursing care, including dementia care and safety care. Each resident of nursing care will be involved in developing a personalized care plan in order for us to provide the highest level of individual care. All facility amenities will be available including daily activities suited to all abilities.
Nursing Care applications and waiting lists are handled by the provincial HomeCare Program. The Mount does not have a nursing care waiting list as all nursing care applications must go through HomeCare.

Independent Apartments

Within our community we have five 2-bedroom 2-bath apartments, three 1-bedroom 1-bath apartments and one micro apartment. All 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments have decks. All units are independent living - there is no care, meals, or other services provided.

We do not offer tours of the apartments. At this time, due to the number of requests, we are not accepting applications for our wait list.
